Reporting & Dismissal Place :     Venerable Hong Choon Memorial Hall, Level 1 (Carpark area)
Nominal Fees to cover costs : $35.00

How to sign up :
Submit Form at the reception
Youth Department booth during Vesak Day on 4th & 5th May
(Please call Desmond at HP: 9181 3638 if you are unable to find the booth)

Payment: You can mail the cheque to us or make payment at the reception

Its the break term for PKS SSS students. A reminder to all that if interested in the camp, do remember to fill the form and submit it when SSS is reopen again.
